Picking up women for dating is a bit different than for marriage. However, they can both be the same thing. Some just date until they find the right one, but some just date and make sure they are not attached to anyone until they feel they are in the right time of their life to make that lasting commitment. You should be honest about what you want in a relationship at this point in your life, and then be honest with the people that you meet as well. If you see a woman looking at you more than once, and then casts her eyes to the floor as soon as you lock eyes, she is interested but shy. If she stays in eye contact and smiles widely, she is not quite as shy. She may even come up to you. If you are not sure, walk near her and say hello. You can tell right away if she is interested in a conversation or not. This is a great way to go about picking up women with putting yourself too far out there if you are shy yourself.

If you are not so shy but unsure about how to go about picking up women, you can always try the direct approach. Not all women are going to be sure you are hitting on them if you talk to them. Is someone is immediately defensive, you can walk away. You will know if she is interested by how willing she is to stay engaged in conversation. If she stands with her body fully facing you, you are on the right track. Use your intuition when picking up women. It will always steer you in the right direction. Don’t be too direct or pushy and a woman interested in you is going to come along on her own.
