Canopy Bed Frames

As a little girl, I always wanted a canopy bed. A big part of me still wants one, though it would not do well where we live at the moment. What is great about the canopy bed frames that you can get today is that they give you many different styles from which to choose. When I was younger, I only remember one style ever being in any stores. Today, there are many. No matter what your style or how you feel about canopies, there is something out there for you, or your daughter, that you are going to love.

The traditional canopy bed frames are the ones that most think of when they think of this type of bed. What is great about the traditional is that they can be reminders of what someone had as a kid, and that might be what they want to do for their children. The ones made just for little girls often have a cover that matches the dcor of the room. They were often pink or white in color, though can pretty much find anything that you want today.

With todays new canopy bed frames, you dont have to think about the ones that you saw as a child. They make them in so many different styles that you may have trouble deciding which one you like the best. Some are very simple, and some are very intricate in design. You can have some type of drapery on your canopy bed frames, or you can leave them unadorned. What you want to do is up to you and your dcor, but either way, they tend to add something to a room that you dont get without a canopy.

You should think twice about canopy bed frames if you have a smaller place with lower ceilings. These can leave your room feeling smaller than it is, and that may not be the best in small settings. However, that does not mean you can not get some things that look a bit like canopy bed frames. There are beds that have the four corners that go up a few feet into the air. Though they are not a canopy, they do have the feel of one without overwhelming a smaller space. They generally do not allow you to drape anything, but they have a neat look all their own. You may even find that you like this look even more than the canopy.
