This is an American food restaurant but customers are surrounded by boomerangs, didgeridoos, Australian maps and art work by Aboriginal artists. The menu is driven by USDA Choice and Prime Steaks. Seafood dishes with a touch of Creole are also available, such as lobster, King Crab and crawfish. There are locations across North and South America, Asia, Europe and Australia.
